GOALS FOR 2014
1. Lose 155 lbs
2. Run 365 miles in 2014
3. Run a 1/2 marathon and a 10K
4. Drink more Water and no Sodas
5. Be able to do 100 push- up by the end of the year
6. Work out at least 4 days a week
7. Finish a 5K, 10K, and Half - Marathon Training plan
8. Take one day at a time
9. Take 365 photos over the course of 2014
10. Read 40 books
I'm going to check in every month (HOPEFULLY) and list where I'm at on each goal.
